Clear & Bright

My intent is to lean into photography and writing with this site. Telling the stories of people and places with my photos and writing is the objective. That objective has never been more clear to me than it is right now, as clear and bright as a rainbow.

I try to post photos as trips unfold, but I shot in the ballpark of 7000 photos during my six weeks in the Bahamas, I have a lot of processing and editing to do. You can expect ongoing content from that location, there are interesting stories to tell in that photo set. Looking forward to sharing them with you.

This website is likely headed for a redesign, it is not quite what I have in mind for the future. I also want to work on some technical photography skills that I know to be lacking or weak in my skill set.

Engrossed in a passion, a place that has been a gift, but also a torment my entire life, constantly challenging my mental capacity, physical energy and attention, like a sharp pebble in your shoe for the duration of a long walk. I long for it though and actively seek it out.

There is work to do but the path is clear.
