Elusive

Yesterday I read a message sent to a friend back in August, I said that the muse had not been hitting me. In that moment, I could not find interest in anything visually. Here today and gone tomorrow is how it works for me. Once lost, the muse can be challenging to find again, elusive with a capital “E”, like a Permit on a Bahamian flat. The only course is to keep looking and be ready for it to reappear in that one elusive moment. Certainly this island paradise leaves no shortage of visual inspiration nor Permit to chase, creativity and excitement are flowing in and out of my mind like the oceans waves over these rocks.

So, I am just here shooting photos and hoping to go tight line on a Permit, for as long as it lasts anyway…

Hope you enjoy a few of my favorites from a short and elusive moment of near perfect evening lighting.
